David is an award winning Extreme Sports Athlete, Entrepreneur, and UI Designer. He is a competitive hang gliding pilot, a certified skydiver, and a recreational snowboarder.‍

His lifelong passion for running led him to create DASHR, a startup about connecting runners. It uses machine learning to identify patterns in the way people run, so as to match them with similar runners and help them achieve their next level in running. The venture-backed startup was one of the winning teams selected to participate in TechnoGym’s first cycle of its Wellness Accelerator.‍

The knowledge he gained during the process of building his own startup took him to a point where he wanted to pay it forward and pass his learnings on, giving aspiring Entrepreneurs the opportunity to kickstart their growth and avoid common pitfalls. So he joined Startupbootcamp Digital Health, as a Mentor and Entrepreneur in Residence. He also advises LiveDuel, a sports tech startup based in Ireland and mentors at the TÜV Innovation Kickbox Acceleration Program.
